A Single Box of Truffles
Best Regards began not with a business plan, but with a feeling. A friend was going through something hard — the kind of hard that words can't quite reach. So we made her a box of truffles. Twelve pieces, each one small and imperfect, wrapped in tissue and tied with a ribbon.
She called the next day. Not to say thank you — though she did — but to say she'd felt it. The thought behind it. The quiet "I see you" that chocolate somehow carries when words fall short.
That was the beginning. Not a strategy. Just a feeling that became a practice, and eventually a purpose.
Made Slowly, with the Best Ingredients
Every Best Regards chocolate is made by hand, in small batches, using single-origin cacao and natural flavourings. We don't rush the process — tempering takes time, ganache needs rest, and decoration is done one piece at a time.
We source our cacao from producers who share our values: transparency, quality, and fair relationships. The flavours we create — rose, salted caramel, dark ganache, botanicals — are chosen because they feel considered. Nothing is here by accident.
The packaging is part of the gift. We believe presentation is a form of respect for the person receiving it.
Chocolate for the Moments That Matter
Today, Best Regards sends thousands of boxes a year — to birthdays, apologies, celebrations, condolences, and everything in between. To clients and colleagues. To strangers becoming friends.
The company has grown, but the intention hasn't changed. Each order is still treated as a gesture. We still write the cards by hand. We still make each truffle ourselves.
Because the message is always the same: I thought of you.
