Orders & Products

Yes — every single piece. We make our chocolates in small batches, by hand, from tempering the chocolate to piping the ganache and finishing the decorations. We don't use automated production lines. It's slower, but the difference is noticeable.

Our chocolates contain dairy, soy lecithin, and tree nuts. Some products may contain gluten or eggs — ingredient lists are shown on each product page. Our kitchen handles all major allergens.

If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering so we can advise you properly.

Our truffles and ganache-filled chocolates are best enjoyed within 14 days of the production date, stored in a cool, dry place. Chocolate bars have a shelf life of 3–6 months. Each order includes a best-before date on the packaging.

Absolutely. Custom orders are one of our favourite things to do — personalised flavours, bespoke packaging, branded boxes for corporate gifting, or a specific colour palette. Please get in touch at least 5 business days before you need the order, and we'll discuss the options with you.

Payment

We accept payment via Ziina, which supports Apple Pay, debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and other local UAE payment methods. You'll be redirected to a secure Ziina checkout page to complete your payment.

Yes. All payments are processed through Ziina, a licensed UAE payment platform. We never store your card details on our website. The checkout is fully encrypted and secure.

Yes. Apple Pay is available at checkout via Ziina on supported Safari browsers and iOS devices. If you have a card set up in your Apple Wallet, you'll see the Apple Pay option automatically.

All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED). If you're paying with an international card, your bank will convert the amount to your local currency at their standard exchange rate.

Gifting & Occasions

Yes. Enter the recipient's address as the delivery address at checkout. No pricing information is included in the package — just your gift and a handwritten card with your personal message.

Yes — and we love them. We work with businesses for client gifting, event favours, seasonal hampers, and branded packaging. Please reach out with your requirements and we'll put together a bespoke proposal for you.

Yes — every order can include a handwritten card. Enter your message in the "Gift Note" field at checkout and we'll write it by hand on our signature card stock and include it in the box.
