Shipping & Delivery

We take special care packing every order — each box is wrapped to protect your chocolates during transit and to arrive looking exactly as you'd expect from Best Regards.

Note: Orders delivered to far or remote areas may require additional delivery fees. We'll get in touch if this applies to your order.

Processing Time

We ask for 1–2 business days of preparation time before your order is dispatched. Orders placed before 10am on a business day are typically prepared the same day.

During peak seasons (Eid, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day), processing may take an additional 1–2 days. We'll always let you know if there's a delay.

Temperature & Packaging

Chocolate is sensitive to heat. We use insulated packaging during summer months and schedule deliveries carefully. However, we recommend the following:

  • Store chocolates at room temperature (below 22°C) or in the fridge.
  • Avoid leaving packages in direct sunlight or in a hot car.
  • If your chocolates arrive slightly warm, refrigerate for 30 minutes before enjoying.

If your order arrives damaged due to heat or transit, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo and we'll make it right.

Tracking Your Order

Deliveries are processed with the help of an external delivery service that will contact you directly through WhatsApp to coordinate your delivery and provide tracking updates. Please make sure your phone number is entered correctly at checkout.

Gift Deliveries

If you're sending Best Regards as a gift, you can enter a different delivery address at checkout. We'll ship directly to your recipient without any pricing information included — just a handwritten card from you.

To include a personal message, enter your text in the "Gift Message" field at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently deliver within the UAE only. International shipping is not available at this time. If you have questions or special requests, please contact us.
