Because our chocolates are handmade, perishable food products, we handle returns differently from most shops. Our priority is always that you're happy — so please reach out if anything is wrong.
Our Promise
We stand behind every product we make. If your order arrives damaged, melted, or incorrect — or if you're unhappy for any reason — please contact us and we'll resolve it promptly. We offer replacement orders or full refunds depending on the situation.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if there is an issue. Include a photo — it helps us understand what went wrong and improve.
What We Cover
- Orders that arrive damaged or broken due to packaging failure or transit handling
- Orders delivered to the wrong address due to our error
- Products that differ significantly from what was described or shown
- Orders that arrive melted or spoiled due to our packaging error
- Missing items from your order
What We Cannot Cover
- Taste preferences — chocolate is subjective, but we're confident in our quality
- Melting caused by leaving the package in heat after delivery
- Incorrect delivery address entered by the customer at checkout
- Orders that were a gift and were refused by the recipient
- Returns initiated more than 7 days after delivery
How to Request a Refund or Replacement

1Take a photo Photograph the packaging and the chocolates as you received them. This helps us assess the issue.

2Contact us within 48 hours Email hello@bestregardschocolate.com or use our contact form with your order number and photo attached.

3We'll review and respond We aim to reply within 24 hours. We'll let you know whether we're sending a replacement or processing a refund.

4Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Ziina. Replacements are dispatched within 2 business days.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet entered preparation. To cancel, please email us immediately with your order number.
Once an order has entered preparation or been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If the order has already shipped, our standard returns process applies.
